Job Description
EnsuresĀ cash/funds are processed and balanced accurately withinĀ 48 hoursĀ of receipt according to department and investor guidelines. Ensures rejected and/or misapplied funds areĀ identified, researched, and resolvedĀ in a timely mannerĀ according to department guidelines. Follows and develops department policy and procedures. Understands andĀ utilizesĀ mortgageĀ system's cash flow.Ā Ā
Basic QualificationsĀ Ā
Bachelorās degree, or equivalent work experienceĀ Ā
Typically,Ā OneĀ to TwoĀ years of relevant experienceāÆinĀ anĀ OperationalĀ ActivitiesĀ
Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including MS Excel, MS Word,Ā OutlookĀ and MS TeamsĀ

Preferred Skills/ExperienceĀ Ā
Good understanding of the business and broad office skillsĀ Ā
ExperienceĀ inĀ LoanĀ Processing,Ā LossĀ Mitigation (WorkoutĀ plan, ModificationĀ trial, ForbearanceĀ plan, RepaymentĀ agreement, ServicingĀ transfer, WorkoutĀ option evaluation),Ā Mortgage,Ā BankingĀ Operations isĀ requiredĀ Ā Ā
DemonstratedĀ administrative skills and acute attention to detailĀ Ā
Well-developed reading,Ā writingĀ and mathematical skillsĀ Ā
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneouslyĀ Ā
