Physical Therapist, HWC OP Rehab Mahwah, Per Diem

POSITION SUMMARY:

To plan, organize, and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients in a variety of age groups according to the principles and practices of Physical Therapy. To collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team. To supervise work of support staff.

Per-Diem Rate: $66.50
 

EDUCATION:

Possess at least a master's degree from an accredited college or university, except for an applicant who prior to January 1, 2003, possessed a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university;. Current and valid New Jersey license a

EXPERIENCE:

No previous experience required. 1-year experience in outpatient setting preferred.

SPECIAL SKILLS:

* Current and Valid New Jersey license as a Physical Therapist. Current BLS Certification. * Standard Precautions. * Keyboard Skills. * Ability to perform work accurately and give attention to detail. * Ability to use effective critical thinking and analytical skills. * Ability to use effective time management to set priorities and perform job-related responsibilities. * Ability to communicate and interact with relevant departments within the health-system, patients, family members, and multidisciplinary team members in accordance with Valley,s SERVE and CARE standards. * Ability to interact with patients in stressful situations and changing work environments related to changing patient needs
