Repse Analyst (Temp)

About this role
✅ Principales responsabilidades
- Validar y dar seguimiento al cumplimiento REPSE de proveedores de servicios especializados.
- Revisar y actualizar mensualmente documentación fiscal, laboral y de seguridad social (SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT).
- Cargar información en plataformas oficiales como ICSOE (IMSS) y portal REPSE (STPS).
- Administrar expedientes del personal asignado por proveedores (CURP, RFC, NSS, salario base de cotización, CFDI, etc.).
- Dar soporte en auditorías internas y externas relacionadas con REPSE y cumplimiento laboral.
- Elaborar reportes de estatus, riesgos y cumplimiento para áreas internas.
- Coordinarse con las áreas Legal, Fiscal, Finanzas y Recursos Humanos para asegurar procesos alineados y sin riesgos.
Perfil que buscamos
Requisitos indispensables:
- Licenciatura concluida en Contaduría, Administración, o carrera afín.
- Experiencia de 1 a 3 años en seguridad social, cumplimiento laboral, REPSE, nómina o auditoría.
- Conocimiento sólido de:
- Ley Federal del Trabajo
- REPSE y subcontratación de servicios especializados
- IMSS, INFONAVIT y SAT
- Experiencia usando ICSOE y plataformas gubernamentales.
- Excel intermedio y manejo de herramientas documentales (SharePoint, ERP o similares).

- Alta atención al detalle y organización.
- Enfoque a cumplimiento y control documental.
- Capacidad para trabajar con fechas límite regulatorias.
- Comunicación clara y trabajo colaborativo.
- Ética, confidencialidad y sentido de responsabilidad.
