Principal Duties:

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair dry van and flatbed semi-truck and trailer bodies, systems, and components.
  • Perform preventative maintenance as well as warranty and accident-related repairs.
  • Inspect suspension, wheel-end, braking, and structural components to ensure compliance with company and DOT standards.
  • Test equipment to identify and resolve performance issues.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.

Work Experience:

  • Two years of verifiable experience preferred, but not required.
  • Must possess the tools necessary to perform the duties outlined; major air tools will be provided.
  • Maintain productivity levels of at least 85% and efficiency levels of at least 95%.

Due to the collaborative nature of the work environment, the spontaneous need for idea generation and execution, and the potential for expedited remediations, responses, or information gathering, in-person, in-office attendance is an essential function of this position.
