Commercial leader responsible for driving fuel sales growth, margin performance, and customer expansion across wholesale, commercial, and retail segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute fuel sales strategy to deliver volume, revenue, and margin targets
- Develop and grow key customer relationships and strategic accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Lead pricing, contract negotiations, and commercial decision-making
- Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Partner with supply, operations, and finance to ensure strong execution
Requirements
- 10+ years in fuel, energy, or commodities sales
- Proven sales leadership experience with strong commercial results
- Deep understanding of fuel markets and pricing dynamics
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
