About this role
The Senior Event Producer is key within the agency, leading projects for our major accounts and overseeing the full project lifecycle—from client relationships and pre-production to live event delivery onsite.
It's a senior role that reports in to the Project Director and sits in the heart of the team. It will involve supporting and mentoring junior members of the team and with support you will own and develop accounts, building, nurturing, and holding relationships with key clients and meeting potential requirements the client may have beyond the project brief and day-to-day management of assigned accounts.Â
You will lead large projects, manage budgets and support a team on a daily basis. Each project will be different and may include experimental marketing, events or hybrid virtual events.Â
The Role:
Event Leadership: Oversee the full lifecycle of live, hybrid, and experiential events.
Client Management: Build and nurture client relationships, identifying growth opportunities.
Budget & Resource Management: Manage budgets, suppliers, and production timelines.
Team Development: Support and mentor junior team members.
Onsite Delivery: Lead event execution, troubleshooting issues for seamless delivery.
Creativity: Collaborate with the creative team to meet client expectations and budgets.
Supplier & Partner Management: Manage suppliers and run workshops to share knowledge within the agency.

Responsibilities (Project)Â Â
Own the budget & client management process, both internally and for the client on projects up to ÂŁ750kÂ
Create and keep up-to-date project budgets ensuring agreed margins remain in place until final payments are received and issued Â
Ensure that all production/project processes are completed to the highest standard, are accurate, to budget and on timeÂ
Lead weekly project team and client meetings often required to pitch and sell in ideasÂ
Have a high level of organisation and be able to work across multiple projects and manage multiple accountsÂ
Assign and brief project team members on their roles and responsibilities in both pre-production and on site Â
Build teams based on the projects needsÂ
Represent the agency to clients, suppliers, and guests in a positive and approachable mannerÂ
Format keynote documents to then present to clientsÂ
Have a willingness to be involved with pitch and presentation work for the new business or creative departmentÂ
Actively seek new ways to improve on completing tasks quickly and sharing methods with the teamÂ
Check all project information that is issued including budgets, drawings, data, contracts, supplier information is correct and, if necessary, ensure that any amendments are made prior to issueÂ
Responsibilities (Account)Â
Act as the key contact for clients, providing Account Management skills and be aware of, and deliver on, all client requirements Â
Continually work hard to improve client satisfactionÂ
A confident presenter who’s not afraid to be put on the spot and answer difficult questionsÂ
Build on your knowledge of our client's brand identities and what would and wouldn’t work for each client Â
Liaise with client/ project teams to ensure a full and thorough flow of information between all parties Â
With support collate and deliver account management plansÂ
Responsibilities (Production)Â Â
Have an in-depth understanding of production and creative and be able to brief those departments Â
Ensure that contact sheets, agendas, status reports, production schedules etc are compiled and sent out pre and post meeting Â
Liaise with suppliers and external contractors in a positive and relationship building mannerÂ
Build on your production and creative knowledge and if desired learn systems and programs within these departments, such as SketchUp, CAD, illustratorÂ
Have an extensive supplier database which continues to growÂ
Continue to build on existing skills for delivering successful events and keep up to date with new technologiesÂ
Ensure all Public Liability and any other applicable insurances are in order to cover all relevant risks inherent in the projectÂ
Work with the Production Manager/Director to ensure that all areas of staffing and other elements of projects have the appropriate H&S and other contractual stipulations correctly in placeÂ
