Welcome to our GU Gives Product Donation Application!


Please submit requests for donations within the next six months only. Applications beyond the six month window will be denied. 


Before applying, please note:

  • GU Gives supports small, community-based efforts - we can only accommodate requests for events or programs for fewer than 500 participants.
    • If you are hosting more than 500 participants you are not eligible for this program. We encourage you to complete this event sales application to receive special pricing! 
  • We cannot support international events at this time.
  • We require at least 30 days to process your application.
  • If approved, you are eligible for one in-kind donation per calendar year.
  • If approved, product will be shipped directly to the address you provided and cannot be changed after submission. Double check your address!
