  • Estimated hourly base pay: $28.85 (minimum) - $37.50 (midpoint) - $46.15 (maximum). Plus, overtime.

If you are an experienced Machine Repair Technician, we have an exciting opportunity for you. In this role, you will take responsibility for repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining industrial machinery and CNC equipment. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, sound decision-making, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

** This is a 1st shift position, Monday to Friday.


What You Will Be Doing 

  • Diagnose Complex Issues: Identifies and troubleshoots advanced mechanical and electrical problems in machinery using comprehensive technical knowledge.
  • Perform Advanced Repairs: Executes intricate repair tasks on equipment, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
  • Mentor Junior Technicians: Provides guidance and support to less experienced team members, acting as an informal resource for troubleshooting and technical procedures.
  • Develop Maintenance Procedures: Creates and refines maintenance protocols to enhance equipment reliability and improve team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Coordinates with related departments to ensure seamless operation and effective resource allocation towards achieving team objectives.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensures all repair work meets high-quality standards and contributes to team effectiveness.
  • Resource Management: Efficiently manages tools and resources to support and optimize repair operations.
  • Adaptable Methodologies: Flexible in determining and applying appropriate approaches for new and atypical assignments.

Other Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with CNC equipment repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
  • Ability to diagnose electrical, mechanical, and control system issues on CNC machines.
  • Familiarity with CNC machine components, including servos, drives, motors, controllers, and tooling systems.
  • Experience reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation for CNC equipment.
  • Understanding machine calibration, alignment, and performance verification procedures.
  • Experience working with CNC equipment in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment.
