As a Customer Relations Specialist you aim to provide customer service at an ELEVATED level and to grow the current customer base in Revenue, Profit, and Load Count with the goal of gaining new

contacts and opportunities with each customer. Communication and building relationships will be the key to your success, you will become the face of Maverick Transport to these customers.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/team sales metrics
  • Handle customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

 

Requirements:

  • A winning attitude and determination to succeed

  • Ability to think creatively to find solutions
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and other Modern Office Technology
  • Prior customer service/sales experience is a plus

 

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, supply chain, transportation and logistics or similar field is a plus

 

Job Type: Full-time


Salary: $40,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
