About the Role

We are seeking a Fleet Manager to be based out of our Rowville office in Melbourne. As a Fleet Manager you will be responsible for acting as the key point of contact for your assigned customers, providing remote fleet support and technical solutions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Act as the customer’s primary technical point of contact for the lifecycle management of contracted Solar units.
  • Perform remote diagnostics, troubleshooting, and data analysis to detect changes in equipment condition and overall asset health.
  • Support the review, development, and enhancement of Solar OEM condition‑based maintenance and overhaul programs.
  • Identify and recommend improvement opportunities that support customer operational objectives and ensure reliable operation of critical equipment throughout its lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Superior interpersonal, relationship building, influencing skills.
  • Oil & Gas and Power Generation industry experience is essential, and site experience is highly desirable.
  • Thorough technical knowledge of Solar Turbines products and product applications, equipment management, product problem management, and field experience will be beneficial.
  • The position typically requires a college or university degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Regular customer site visits are required, travel for this position can be up to 50%.

Troubleshooting Technical Problems: Knowledge of troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, detect and resolve technical problems in a manufacturing environment.
