Inbound Customer Service Representative | Call Center | Appointment Scheduling


First Ring BDC in Waite Park, MN is hiring a full-time Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

This position focuses primarily on inbound customer calls and appointment scheduling. Unlike many call center roles, this is not a high-pressure sales environment and involves minimal outbound calling.


This role is ideal for candidates with experience in customer service, receptionist work, office support, scheduling, hospitality, retail, administrative support, or call center environments.

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and promptly
• Schedule automotive service appointments
• Provide updates on vehicle repair status
• Answer basic service and pricing questions
• Transfer calls to service advisors when appropriate
• Assist with light service recommendations when applicable
• Document customer information accurately in our system
• Deliver excellent customer service on every interaction

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
• Call center, receptionist, front desk, retail, hospitality, or office experience is a plus
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to type 40+ WPM
• Full-time availability within operating hours of 6:00 AM – 7:30 PM
