What We Are Looking For:

• Associate with 3-6 years of call to the bar in good standing in a Canadian jurisdiction, with at least 2 year of current experience in labour and employment law
• A client-focused approach to legal practice
• Strong communication and client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent written and advocacy skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• A desire to grow your career in workplace law at our Vancouver office
