Aprio’s L&D Senior Specialist, Assurance Training is responsible for delivering high-quality training programs that enhance the professional growth and expertise of the firm's assurance professionals. This role focuses on facilitating engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtually, that align with the firm’s strategic goals and industry standards. The L&D Senior Specialist, Assurance Training collaborates closely with subject matter experts and Assurance partners to ensure that training content is accurate, relevant, and effectively meets the learning needs of Aprio’s Assurance team. This team member seamlessly translates complex Assurance topics into accessible and practical learning experiences and has a strong understanding of Assurance software. The incumbent is also responsible for assessing the effectiveness of training programs and making continuous improvements to ensure continuous learning and professional excellence.   The L&D Senior Specialist, Assurance Training must be naturally curious, innovative, and capable of managing multiple training initiatives simultaneously. This team member has strong interpersonal skills, creatively engages learners, communicates effectively, and can adapt to the evolving development needs of the firm’s Assurance team. To excel in this role, they must also possess a strong foundation in instructional design methodologies and be able to apply these concepts in a professional services environment.   The L&D Senior Specialist, Assurance Training reports directly to the Senior Manager, Learning & Development, and contributes to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence within Aprio.   Occasional travel and participation in firmwide learning initiatives may be required.
