About You:

  • Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent qualification (advantageous for providing floor support).

 

About the Role

This role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Early Learning Centre and Director of ELC/OSHC. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a professional first point of contact for families, visitors and the community.
  • Providing coverage on the floor of planning time and breaks (0.2 FTE). This requires Early Childhood experience and qualifications.
  • Maintaining accurate student, enrolment, attendance and medical records.
  • Supporting compliance requirements, including WWCC, training registers and regulatory documentation.
  • Managing the Director’s calendar, correspondence and daily administrative functions.
  • Coordinating parent communication and onboarding processes.
  • Managing rostering, staffing adjustments and timesheet processes.
  • Supporting payroll administration and time-in-lieu tracking.
  • Assisting with events, orientations and community engagement activities.
  • Supporting health, medical and first aid compliance processes.
  • Maintaining systems, data integrity and operational workflows across the ELC.
