TITOL™ Manager, Tour Production

TITOL™ is looking for a Tour Production Manager to support the planning and execution of tour merchandise programs from development through on-the-road execution. This role is built for someone who operates with a high degree of independence, anticipates needs before they become problems, and drives projects forward with minimal direction. You'll work closely with our Tour lead to ensure tour operations run smoothly, on time and at a high standard. You will serve as the key liaison between our artists, internal teams, and retail partners, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, expectations, and deliverables. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with significant growth potential within a fast-paced, creative, and entrepreneurial environment. Candidates with experience with apparel/fashion retail sales in the music industry is highly desired.   Working Environment: In-office 5 days/week with occasional travel or on-site support required. May involve weekend or extended hours during peak seasons. Very fast-paced and detail-driven environment, with a focus on problem-solving, managing multiple parallel projects, and re-prioritizing tasks as necessary.
