Pay & Schedule:
- Pay is based on experience and the role you accept within the company
- Full-time, Monday – Friday
- Start time: 7:30 AM at our Snohomish location (end time varies based on job completion)
- All tools, equipment, and vehicles provided
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable, punctual, organized, and hardworking
- Comfortable driving or willing to learn to drive a 16’ box truck
- Positive attitude and growth mindset
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be able to lift heavy materials and work on your feet throughout the day
Previous Experience (Beneficial, but Not Required):
- Landscaping
- Painting
- Roofing
- Machine Operation
- Construction
- Concrete Work
- Gutter Cleaning
While prior experience in these areas is a plus, it’s not required. We value a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and dedication to quality work!
