About this role

SEASONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE FOR POOL & HOT TUB COMPANY

We are looking for a friendly, positive, and outgoing personality to help us provide superior customer service to our clients. No experience in the pool or hot tub industry is required, however, applicants with previous customer-facing positions or phone service are encouraged to apply.


Our CSR Position Duties Include:

  • Handle incoming phone calls, text messages, email, social media inquiries, and review site messages
  • Schedule service calls for our technicians 
  • Accurately add customer information in our Service Titan CRM software
  • Route non-service job phone calls to the appropriate team member
  • Make appointment confirmation calls and follow-up with unresolved customer requests
  • Make follow-up “Happy Calls” to ensure a great customer experience once a job has been completed

Our Ideal Candidate Attributes:

  • MUST have previous ServiceTitan experience
  • Has 2-5 years of customer service experience
  • Great communication skills.
  • Positive and sympathetic attitude.
  • Well organized and detail-oriented.
  • Self-starter with take charge attitude.
  • Ability to work well with a team.

HOURS: 9AM TO 5PM Eastern Time

Job Type: Seasonally from April - October Full Time

Start Date: As Soon as Available

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
