Job Description

We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to play a vital role in our manufacturing process. In this active role, you will own your equipment's performance, ensuring high-quality production and strict SOP adherence. The ideal candidate brings mechanical curiosity, close attention to detail, and a strong drive for team accountability.

Shift & Compensation

  • Pay Rate: $22.47/hr plus $2/hr shift differential

  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday - Friday

  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday - Friday 

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Operate, set up, and maintain production equipment to meet schedules.

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and monitor gauges/meters to verify quality.

  • Conduct inspections using measuring tools and record accurate data logs.

  • Investigate equipment malfunctions to uncover root causes rather than applying "band-aid" fixes.

  • Collaborate across the team, stepping outside your duties to support site health and safety.

  • Engage in cross-training on multiple assets to foster continuous improvement.

Qualifications

What You Bring (Qualifications):

  • High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and high attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with basic computer applications.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk up to 80% of a shift in varying temperatures.

  • Ability to obtain a Lift Truck Operator’s license.

  • Adaptability to work overtime or shift priorities with little notice.
