Position Overview

The Recruiting Manager will lead a high-performing team focused on sourcing and placing health professionals in travel, local, and permanent roles nationwide. This leader will bring proven experience in healthcare staffing, a strong track record of team leadership, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution—someone who can build scalable recruiting processes, develop talent, and consistently exceed placement goals.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters focused on healthcare placements
  • Drive full-cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
  • Establish and track KPIs to ensure team performance meets or exceeds company goals
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top allied and locum talent
  • Partner with sales and account management teams to align recruiting efforts with client needs
  • Monitor market trends and adjust recruiting strategies accordingly
  • Foster a high-energy, competitive, and collaborative team culture
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare staffing regulations and company standards
  • Utilize ATS/CRM systems and data analytics to optimize recruiting performance



Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting (allied, nursing, and/or locum tenens)
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role (Manager, Senior Manager, or Director level)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting/placement targets
  • Experience managing teams in a fast-paced staffing or agency environment
  • Strong understanding of allied healthcare roles and market dynamics
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics and analytics
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience scaling recruiting teams in a high-growth organization
  • Background in travel healthcare staffing or locum tenens placements
  • Familiarity with modern recruiting tools, automation, and AI-driven sourcing
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
