Your Role

As a senior member of our water infrastructure team, you’ll bring deep technical expertise and a proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects. Key will be your hands-on experience in the design, planning, and delivery of water, wastewater, and stormwater systems, working across public and private sector clients.

You’ll also:

• Lead and deliver projects from concept to construction
• Develop and review technical designs, reports, and models
• Collaborate closely with clients, councils, and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide mentoring and technical guidance to junior engineers
• Act as a trusted advisor and contribute to strategic decision-making
• Ensure projects meet regulatory standards and sustainability objectives

What You Bring

We’re looking for a confident and capable engineer who combines technical strength with a collaborative mindset. You’re someone who thrives in complex water projects and enjoys sharing knowledge, solving problems, and building trusted relationships.

You’ll bring:

• A tertiary qualification in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• 8+ years’ local experience in water infrastructure (three waters)
• CPEng registration or working towards it
• Experience managing complex water or infrastructure projects
• Strong communication and client engagement skills
• A passion for delivering smart, sustainable solutions
