Pay Range: $49,500 - $120,000 Depending on experience and performance 

Hours: Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and on call rotation

Job Duties:

• Removing, replacing, and installing all types of HVAC 
• Diagnosing malfunctions, repair, and maintenance of Hvac systems
• Reviewing building plans, blueprints, and specifications to understand the layout of Hvac systems and ensure accurate installation.
• Communicate with customers in a positive and professional manner
• Work with outside vendors to purchase material and equipment
• Train and lead apprentices and/or helpers
• Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance meet the requirements and applicable codes

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving history
• 2+ years of experience in residential installation Hvac systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work in all types of weather
• Ability to use tools of the trades, including but not limited to, drills, saws, hammers, measuring tape, levels, and screwdrivers
• Ability to train and lead Hvac apprentices and helpers
• Journeyman hvac license

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
