The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and able to make informed decisions within their scope of responsibility, while keeping leadership aligned and informed.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Delivery

  • Oversee the coordination and execution of projects, from kickoff to closeout.

  • Manage all aspects of project execution: set deadlines, assign responsibilities, track progress, and summarize key outcomes.

  • Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders.

  • Navigate on-site deployment environments, including high-pressure or adverse field conditions.

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the hardware and software technologies being deployed.

  • Ensure team alignment on project progress and updates.

  • Resolve issues within complex, multi-organization project ecosystems.

  • Manage the triple constraint of project management: scope, timeline, and budget.

  • Ensure team members understand their responsibilities and delivery expectations.

  • Motivate contributors and ensure timely task completion.

Risk Management

  • Identify potential risks to project success.

  • Implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure stability and continuity.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Experience in managing projects involving the development and integration of both hardware and software technologies.

  • Strong decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint).

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • High standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in handling sensitive information.

  • A continuous improvement mindset, with knowledge of methods to implement scalable processes.

  • Willingness to contribute beyond your role and support broader organizational success.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • University degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, business administration).

  • PMP certification (or in the process of obtaining one).

  • 5–10 years of experience in project management.

  • Prior experience integrating technologies in a manufacturing or deployment ecosystem.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office 365 and MS Project proficiency.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
