Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years Leadership Experience strongly preferred
- Basic computer competency must include Excel and Google Sheets, database experience a plus.
- Preferred candidates will have experience in customer service management, hospitality leadership, teaching or training, and cash management systems
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages new-hire training systems
- Manages recurring training systems for veteran team members
- Oversee the Training Team to ensure all training requirements and expectations are being met
- Manages breaks and shift operations and task completion to set the next shift up for success
- Ensures all restaurant policies and procedures are being followed by team members and leadership while providing a positive, encouraging environment
- Must be an excellent coach, communicator and team builder
- Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 40lbs
- All other duties as assigned
