The Role
This is not a coordinator role. This is a field leadership role responsible for:
- Leading and developing crews
- Driving production performance
- Hiring, training, and holding team members accountable
- Executing at a high level—daily
You will be the leader of our field team.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, hire, and onboard painters and crew leaders
- Train and develop team members into top performers
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and pride
- Conduct regular performance check-ins and coaching
- Production Execution
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and on budget
- Maintain high-quality standards across all projects
- Solve problems quickly in the field—without excuses
- Support Project Managers and ensure seamless execution
- Performance Management
- Own labor efficiency and production KPIs
- Identify underperformance and take decisive action
- Drive continuous improvement across crews
- Operational Excellence
- Implement and enforce systems and processes
- Collaborate with leadership to improve operations
- Be the bridge between the field and leadership team

- 3–7+ years in construction, painting, or field operations
- Leadership experience managing crews or teams
- Proven ability to improve team performance
- Experience in hiring and developing people
