What You'll Do:

In this role, you’ll play a primary role in keeping our sales and service operations running smoothly while delivering qualitative customer experience:

  • Prepare accurate quotes and invoices for customer orders and service work
  • Collaborate closely with field technicians and account managers to validate client details and ensure quote accuracy
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to services, billing, and documentation
  • Manage administrative processes including technical report editing, recordkeeping, and document filing
  • Maintain a high standard of internal and external customer service in every interaction
  • Provide ongoing administrative support to Branch and Regional teams as needed
  • Demonstrate safety leadership by following company HSE policies, procedures, and best practices in all activities.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced service or administrative environment (industrial, construction, or technical service industry preferred)
  • An educational background in fire protection, construction, business administration, or a related field is considered an asset
    • Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will be considered
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and client-focused
  • Strong ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Successful candidates will be required to provide a current Certificate of Conduct
