Sales Account Manager

Role Outline
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing an existing customer base, with a particular focus on improving underperforming accounts and driving incremental sales growth.
Main Responsibilities
· Manage and grow an assigned customer portfolio, focusing on increasing sales and gross profit.
· Identify and develop underperforming accounts to unlock growth opportunities.
· Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and order processing efficiently.
· Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
· Maintain awareness of customer pipelines to anticipate and act on opportunities.
· Support marketing and category initiatives to drive product and campaign success.
· Apply pricing strategies in collaboration with the Commercial team.
· Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective customers.
· Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
· Share market and competitor insights with the wider team.
· Ensure compliance with company procedures and ISO standards.

Skill Required
· Strong customer focus and relationship management skills.

· Experience with SAP B1 and Microsoft Office (preferred).
