Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager / Product Owner to support the delivery of critical business and technology initiatives within the Eurofins Forensic Programme.

Working closely with Programme Leadership, Business Stakeholders, Solution Architects, Business Analysts and Delivery Teams, you will drive product priorities, manage stakeholder expectations and ensure delivery remains aligned with business objectives, operational requirements and programme goals.

This role is central to shaping product direction, managing priorities and supporting successful delivery across complex workstreams within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog for an agreed functional area or workstream.
• Define, prioritise and refine requirements with business and operational stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear product priorities and delivery outcomes.
• Work closely with analysts, architects and development teams to ensure requirements are understood and ready for implementation.
• Support roadmap planning, release planning and delivery sequencing.
• Manage dependencies, risks and competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions and product discussions.
• Support governance activities and provide product insight for key decisions.
• Ensure solutions deliver business value while meeting operational, regulatory and delivery requirements.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or similar role within a complex technology programme or transformation environment.

You should have strong experience in backlog management, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, prioritisation, roadmap planning and Agile delivery. Experience with Azure DevOps or similar delivery management tools is required.

You will be comfortable working across business and technical teams, influencing stakeholders, facilitating decisions and maintaining focus on delivery outcomes.

Experience within forensics, laboratory environments, LIMS, case management systems or other regulated operational environments would be advantageous.
