Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working, team player to join our close-knit team on a full-time permanent contract Sunday - Thursday.
Based at our busy Christchurch Food and Water testing Laboratory, this is a hands-on role reporting to the Section Team Leader, but which entails a degree of supervisory and mentoring duties of other Laboratory Technicians. The purpose of the role is to carry out the microbiological analysis of a variety of food and water samples.

Qualifications

 

  • Tertiary qualification in microbiology/biology
  • At least one year's experience working in a commercial Food or Water testing laboratory
