ABOUT US
Hakuba Hospitality Group (HHG) is comprised of a young and dynamic international team offering the largest portfolio of boutique hotels, premium chalets, apartments, and international food & beverage outlets in prime locations throughout the Hakuba Valley. This season, we will be operating 50 chalets and apartments, 5 hotels, 10 Food & Beverage outlets, and 1 travel agency. All HHG properties are located in the three villages surrounding the Olympic Happo One Resort: Happo, Echoland, and Wadano.

THE ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HHG hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service. Your leadership skills will help drive the hotel's success, manage staff performance, and optimize operational efficiency. HOTEL MANAGER DUTIES

• Operational Oversight: Manage daily HHG hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development.
• Guest Relations: Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to achieve profitability goals while managing costs effectively.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain standards for service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience in line with HHG policies.
• Marketing & Sales: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and enhance the hotel’s visibility and occupancy rates.

WHAT YOU NEED

• Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English
• Proficiency in hotel management software and systems

HOTEL MANAGER SHIFTS
Hotel Managers are expected to work at least 40 hours per week in flexible shifts to cover all aspects of HHG hotel operations.

ACCOMMODATION
We provide various accommodation options for all employees, offering staff housing in the Happo and Wadano areas. Depending on your role, you will be assigned dormitory-style rooms, shared rooms with one or two roommates, or private rooms. The specific room assignment will be determined based on the seniority level of the position you are hired for. Rest assured, we strive to accommodate our staff members comfortably and according to their respective roles.

ホテルマネージャーの業務内容

• 運営の監督: HHGホテルのフロントオフィス、ハウスキーピング、飲食部門などのデイリー業務を管理し、サービス提供の円滑さを確保する。
• スタッフ管理: ホテルスタッフの採用、教育、監督をし、ポジティブな職場環境を育み、専門的な成長を促進する。
• ゲスト関係: ゲストの満足度を保証し、ゲストの問い合わせ、懸念、フィードバックに迅速かつ効果的に対応する。
• 財務管理: 予算、予測、財務報告を監督し、利益目標を達成しながらコストを効果的に管理する。
• 品質保証: HHGの方針に沿ったサービス、清潔さ、全体的なゲスト体験の基準を実施し、維持する。
• マーケティングと営業: マーケティングチームと協力して、プロモーション戦略を開発し、ホテルの可視性と宿泊率を向上させる。

ホテルマネージャーは、HHGホテルのすべての業務をカバーするために、週40時間以上の柔軟なシフトで働くことが期待されています。

宿泊施設
八方と和田野エリアに様々なオプションを用意し、全従業員にスタッフ用の宿泊施設を提供します。仕事の役割に応じて、寮タイプの部屋、1～2人での相部屋、または個室が割り当てられます。具体的な部屋割りは、採用されるポジションの年功序列レベルに基づいて決定されます。スタッフがそれぞれの役割に応じて快適に宿泊できるよう努めますので、ご安心ください。
