We partner with clients to design, build, and implement technology solutions that support their business goals. This role is part of our delivery organization, working directly with client teams to execute software projects successfully.


You will be joining Omise Pro, Omise’s professional services team, working on custom software delivery and digital transformation projects.


Why we need you


The Operations & Business Support role is responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative and operational activities while assisting Sales, Marketing, and internal teams with reporting, analytics, project coordination, and vendor management. This role helps ensure smooth internal operations, accurate business reporting, and effective coordination between teams and external partners.


What you will be doing


Administrative & Office Operations


  • Manage general administrative tasks including documentation, record keeping, and internal coordination.
    Support scheduling of meetings, company activities, and internal communications.
  • Maintain organized operational records and internal documentation.
  • Assist with procurement and coordination with office vendors and service providers.


Sales Operations Support


  • Submit internal tickets and coordinate required documentation for sales-related processes.
  • Prepare and process supporting documents required for sales activities, proposals, and internal approvals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Delivery) to ensure completeness of sales documentation.
  • Assist in processing and tracking monthly invoicing related to client projects or services.
  • Maintain records of submitted documents, invoices, and sales-related administrative tasks.
  • Follow up internally to ensure timely completion of documentation and billing processes.


Marketing Support & Analytics


  • Track marketing initiatives such as events, campaigns, and lead generation activities.
  • Monitor key marketing metrics including leads generated, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
  • Maintain marketing contact databases and assist with lead tracking.
  • Prepare basic analytics and reports to support marketing performance evaluation.


Data Analysis & Business Reporting


  • Consolidate business data from Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to support business performance monitoring.
  • Identify trends or insights that may support decision-making and business development initiatives.


Internal Project Coordination


  • Support tracking of internal project activities, particularly for non-project-managed initiatives.
  • Monitor task progress and timelines for internal workstreams that do not have dedicated project managers.
  • Assist in coordinating communication between business teams, delivery teams, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain simple project tracking tools or documentation to ensure visibility of progress and responsibilities.

 

You


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative, operations, business support, or coordination roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and presentation tools.


Nice to Have


    • Experience supporting sales teams or marketing initiatives.
    • Basic understanding of project coordination or task tracking.
    • Experience working with vendors or outsourced resources.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools or project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
