Who Are We Looking For? 

We are looking for a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Apps Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for extending and customizing Dynamics 365 CE and Power Apps to meet complex and evolving business requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders, functional consultants, and development teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions that enhance customer engagement, streamline processes, and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Development:

  • Design, develop, and implement custom extensions and integrations for Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Apps.
  • Utilize C#, .NET, and other programming languages to develop high-quality code that meets business requirements.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to best practices.


System Integration:

  • Develop and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Apps and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, third-party applications).
  • Utilize Azure services, Logic Apps, Power Automate, and other tools to facilitate seamless data exchange and process automation.
  • Implement and manage APIs for data exchange between systems.


Technical Leadership:

  • Provide technical guidance and support to functional consultants and other team members.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to customizations and integrations.


 Project Involvement:

  • Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and deployment guides.


  Support and Troubleshooting:

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to address system functionality, fix bugs and implement enhancements.


Candidate Profile: Preferred Qualifications, Experience and skill set

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant serving international clients.
  • Scrum certifications or experience working in an Agile development environment with knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-230, MB-240, PL-100, PL-200, PL-600) preferred.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
  • Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
  • Possesses and displays sound judgment, initiative, and flexibility. 
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
