Role Summary and Impact

T&P:

 Key Responsibilities

You will be expected to demonstrate experience and knowledge in:

  • Build and target audiences in addressable and non-addressable media and validate the approach to ensure that the defined audience can be reached at the scale required.
  • Help design media and comms strategies that will connect with specific audiences, including the channel planning for reaching these audiences.
  • Support the team in designing the connections ecosystem and plan, working closely and collaboratively with channel specialists.
  • Day-to-day management of campaigns as a key liaison between clients and channel specialists, as well as owning relationships and working collaboratively with key teams internally, such as creative and strategy.
  • Owning day-to-day communications with clients at Marketing Manager level.
  • Overseeing the management and development of Account Executives.

  • You have an interest in both brand and performance campaigns.
  • You demonstrate experience in managing (or contributing to the management of) client relationships.
  • You are confident in presenting with passion and conviction.
  • You are excited to work as part of a team—including your immediate team, the wider department, and specialists as required. You lead by example through presence and contribution, taking responsibility for working in a collaborative, inclusive way.
  • You are eager to develop your skills as a people manager, helping not just yourself, but also more junior members of the team to develop.
  • You demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy in output and meeting deadlines.
  • You demonstrate a passion for media and an understanding of what makes a great media campaign.
