Overview
Location: Córdoba (not fully remote).
Position: Full-Time

Job Purpose
The Finance & Accounting Senior is responsible for leading the company's financial planning,
accounting, and reporting processes. The ideal candidate is a certified accountant (CPN) with
strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset, capable of owning key deliverables such as financial
statements, cash flow management, P&L reporting, and budget forecasting. The role requires the
ability to translate financial data into actionable insights that support leadership decision-making,
while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency. The role also includes responsibility
for the accounting consolidation of Fligoo's full business group, handling multi-currency reporting
and adapting to the specific needs of each business unit. Experience in dynamic environments —
preferably startups or technology companies — is highly valued.

Responsibilities
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate P&L statements, balance sheets, and
management reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Cash Flow Management: Build and monitor cash flow forecasts, identify risks and
opportunities, and recommend actions to optimize liquidity.
• Accounting: Ensure accurate bookkeeping, timely monthly closings, and full compliance with
local accounting standards and tax obligations.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process and develop financial forecasts to
support strategic planning and business growth.
• Strategic Support: Provide financial analysis and insights to the Admin & Finance leadership
team to support key business decisions and initiatives.
• Internal Controls: Design and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and
ensure process integrity.
• Accounts Receivable & Payable: Oversee billing, collections, and supplier payments,
ensuring proper reconciliation and reporting.
• Tax & Legal Compliance: Coordinate with external advisors to ensure timely compliance with
tax filings and regulatory requirements.
• Payroll Support: Provide oversight and validation of payroll processes in coordination with the
HR team.
• Group Consolidation: Lead the accounting consolidation of Fligoo's full business group,
managing multi-currency reporting across different business units and adapting financial
processes to the specific requirements of each entity.

Qualifications
1. Academic Training
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPN) — completed and with active professional certification.

2. Technical Skills
• Deep expertise in financial reporting, accounting standards, cost analysis, and tax compliance.
• Proven ability to build and manage P&L statements, cash flow models, and financial
forecasts.
• Proficiency in ERP and accounting systems (e.g., Colppy, Tango, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills — financial modeling, pivot tables, dynamic
dashboards.
• Proficiency in G-Suite (Docs, Drive, Meet) for collaborative work and reporting.
• Knowledge of Argentine labor legislation and payroll validation.
• English proficiency B1 or higher.

3. Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Demonstrated experience owning financial reporting and planning processes end-to-end.
• Previous experience in startups or technology companies is highly valued.
• Experience providing financial support to management or leadership teams is a plus
