Job Responsibilities
As an Frac Electronic Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the electronic systems that support our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing electronic equipment and systems.
- Reading and interpreting schematic diagrams and technical manuals.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Updating system software and implementing necessary upgrades.
- Collaborating with engineering and operations teams to improve system efficiency.
- Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electronic systems.
- Documenting all maintenance and repair activities in compliance with company standards.
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an electronic technician or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of electronic principles and circuit design.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents and schematics.
- Familiarity with electronic testing equipment and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work a 14 days on, 7 days off schedule, including overnight travel.
