What You’ll Do
- Complete service calls efficiently and professionally
- Diagnose plumbing issues and determine practical, cost-effective solutions
- Ensure all work meets company standards and customer expectations
- Communicate clearly with customers, supervisors, and team members
- Maintain a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Adapt to changing schedules, priorities, and jobsite conditions
- Perform physical plumbing work, including repairs under homes, digging, concrete work, and equipment operation
- Safely use ladders, jackhammers, hand tools, and plumbing equipment
- Accurately document work performed and materials used
What We’re Looking For
- Active Texas Journeyman Plumber License required
- Minimum 4 years of plumbing experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Dependable attendance and professional attitude
Physical Requirements
This role is hands-on and physically demanding. Candidates must be able to:
- Lift up to 100 pounds
- Work in confined spaces and under homes
- Climb ladders, kneel, crawl, crouch, and stoop
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Operate plumbing tools and equipment safely
