Growth Campaign Manager (B2B)
About this role
Are you a curious, data-driven marketer who enjoys building thoughtful outbound strategies and continuously improving campaigns? At PX, the world’s leading customer acquisition platform, we’re looking for a Growth Campaign Manager (B2B) to help shape and scale our outbound growth engine.
In this role, you’ll design, test, and refine how we connect with prospects by using a mix of creativity, data, automation, and collaboration. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and our Growth Agency partner in the Netherlands to bring new ideas to life and turn insights into results.
About the Role
- Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel outbound campaigns (Email, LinkedIn, and intent-based outreach)
- Run A/B tests and continuously optimize messaging and conversion through the funnel
- Monitor performance, analyze key metrics, and identify improvements at every stage
- Align ICP segments and campaign messaging with Sales and Product
- Partner monthly with your 4-person internal Campaign team and our Growth Agency in the Netherlands to execute the most promising growth experiments

- You combine creativity with analytical thinking and enjoy solving problems
- You take ownership of your work and are comfortable moving ideas forward
- You’re curious and open to testing new approaches, including AI and automation tools
- You communicate clearly and enjoy working with others across teams
- Fluent in English, written and spoken

- Outbound & Enrichment: Salesflow, Lemlist, Smartlead, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Cognism, Vainu
- Automation: Zapier, PhantomBuster, LinkedIn automation tools
- Intent Data: Clay, ZoomInfo, RB2B, Trigify
- Analytics: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics
- Bonus: Experience with pipeline-driven performance ads (LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, etc.)
- CRM: HubSpot
