You will be at the forefront of our growth, learning to lead sales cycles for a product that delivers transformative outcomes. In a sector crying out for innovation, you will play a key role in demonstrating how technology can create a more efficient and impactful social care system.

You’ll Be

  • Owning the Full Sales Journey: Transitioning from lead generation or account support to managing the end-to-end process, from initial discovery meetings to signed contracts.

  • Mastering Discovery: Learning to run deep discovery sessions that move beyond surface-level features.

  • Engaging Multi-Stakeholder Environments: Building relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

  • Collaborating on Solutions: Working hand-in-hand with our Product and Customer Success teams to design impactful trials and proposals that ensure long-term value.

  • Refining the Playbook: Bringing fresh insights from your daily conversations to help us sharpen our messaging and improve our outreach strategy.


You Are

  • Experienced in the Tech Ecosystem: You have 2–4 years of experience in a B2B sales (bonus if you have worked in SaaS).

  • A Natural Relationship Builder: You pride yourself on your ability to build trust and rapport quickly. You listen more than you speak.

  • Curious and Structured: You ask sharp questions and enjoy problem solving. You can take a complex problem and break it down into clear, actionable steps.

  • An Exceptional Communicator: You are clear, compelling, and persuasive, whether you’re writing a follow-up email or presenting to a room of stakeholders.

  • Mission-Driven: You are fundamentally motivated by doing work that delivers a tangible, positive real-world impact.

  • Social Impact Interest: Strong interest in selling Tech for Good.
