We are hiring for our next AV Support Technician to work onsite in Albany, 5 days a week.


Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Conference Room AV Equipment Management
  • Manage Cisco video bars and associated ViewSonic hardware
  • Train users on operating Cisco Video Rooms
  • Create simple user guides and/or cheat sheets for non-technical staff
  • Provide onsite training sessions to new employees as needed
  • Assist with the operation of Cisco Video Rooms during meetings and live events
  • Assist with the operation of ViewSonic interactive displays
  • Support hybrid/virtual meetings with Webex and Microsoft Teams
  • Provide on-the-spot technical support for presenters and participants
  • Record or stream events, webinars, and meetings
  • Test Cisco Video Rooms to ensure functionality before events or meetings


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2yrs of experience in a technician role installing, troubleshooting, and managing av equipment in a professional setting
  • 1 yr of experience providing technical support to users for conference needs
  • Experience with conference room setups, specifically Cisco and ViewSonic
  • Experience creating technical guides for non-technical users


This is an onsite position in Albany with occasional travel to other facilities around the state (10-15%)
