Collection Administrator (Fully Fluent in German & English)
Overview:
The Collection Administrator will be responsible for the handling of various requests from debtors and their Debt Counselling Agencies. Supporting our external debt collection agencies is also part of your daily duties.
Role:
- Supporting debtors with a variety of requests
- Answering all questions and requests from debt counselling agencies
- Short-term handling of requests from external collection partners
Competencies/Skills:
- A willingness to work with modern communication methods
- Written and oral fluency in German and English, ability to communicate well with legal and official representatives
- Work experience with debt collection agencies, lawyers or debt counselling agencies would be a bonus – please mention this in your CV or covering letter.
- You enjoy working in an international company with many different cultures
- You are willing to relocate to or already live in Malta (Hold an EU Passport)
