About the Role
We're looking for a driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Dubai with a proven track record in corporate/business travel sales, specifically selling directly to end-user organizations rather than to travel agencies or industry intermediaries.
The ideal candidate brings a strong network in the business travel ecosystem, deep knowledge of client buying behaviors, and experience selling corporate travel solutions or platforms directly to end-user organizations. You combine commercial acumen with consultative selling to solve client challenges through technology and service innovation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Identify and pursue new clients and business opportunities for our proven solution and tech
- Understand target prospect needs and clearly articulate Tumodo's value proposition
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead generation, product demos, contract negotiation, and deal closure
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics and forecasting
- Evaluate client infrastructure and consult on individualized solutions
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay current on new features, product launches, market trends, and competitors
- Help define and establish best practices with the wider team
- Manage all outbound and inbound leads for assigned markets
- Maintain accurate prospect information and interaction activities in CRM
- Work closely with marketing to develop new awareness strategies and improve lead qualification
- Conduct high-level discussions with diverse stakeholders from Travel Managers to CFOs
- Become a Tumodo product expert
What You Bring
- Sales experience in corporate/business travel or SaaS to mid-market or enterprise clients,Β specifically to end-user organizations/companies.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Position.
- Strong understanding of solution selling to end-user organizations.
- Results-oriented mindset with track record of achieving/exceeding targets and closing deals.
- Must have demonstrated success in developing your own pipeline through outbound prospecting.
- Knowledge of or proficiency in using CRM software such as, but not limited to, HubSpot.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Possess great presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Fast learner with strong drive.
