What is the essence of the role?

As a Business Growth Lead, you will be part of the new team within the Innovation & Service Growth department and will help drive business growth, client satisfaction, and profitability. This is a project-based role operating across brands, services, and regions. You will be turning data and analysis into measurable business impact.

All Business Growth Leads work as one collaborative team, regardless of individual focus areas, projects or expertise. The role requires strong collaboration with Sales and Service Operations, mainly at managerial level.

The role carries clear accountability for measurable outcomes and encompasses innovation development and implementation, along with building and scaling long-term strategic initiatives.


What will your job look like?

  • Conducting analysis of business, based on data and feedback.
  • Redesigning service models with Service Operations to reduce costs or improve attendee and client satisfaction, mostly by reviewing design, pricing, way of delivery and scaling
  • Driving market expansion into new regions, formats, or audiences — validated through pilots and real performance data
  • Reviewing and challenging existing services, service’s KPIs, targets (e.g. schools-per-event, qualified registrations met, margins per event/service), mediating between Service Operations ,Sales and Marketing team, based on capacity, quality, and ROI
  • Reviewing under-performing services to identify root causes and lead corrective improvement initiatives
  • Conducting overall service reviews, aiming to achieve quality improvement and to ensure alignment between service promise and delivery
  • Designing, piloting, and integrating new or evolving services or upgrades, mostly through tests and workable prototypes
  • Researching new opportunities to expand the business and generating ideas for new projects and formats
  • Translating competitive analyses and market studies into concrete service or pricing changes
  • Driving cost-efficiency, process simplification, and automation initiatives with operational teams, tested before scaling
  • Designing and implementing temporary, performance-driven incentive schemes linked to measurable business impact
