What is the essence of the role?

As a Strategic Content Manager, you will define and execute the company’s global content vision, driving audience growth, engagement, and brand impact through insight-led, high-performing, multi-format content across digital channels. Acting as a strategic content producer, you will transform business objectives into compelling narratives and scalable multimedia formats. You will ensure messaging, storytelling, and creative execution are precisely tailored to each channel (website, email, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), maximizing relevance, performance, and audience connection.

The role reports to the Global Marketing Director and works cross functionally across Marketing, Product, IT, Design, and business units.

What will your job look like?

• Defining and leading a data-driven content strategy aligned with business growth, audience insights and market intelligence
• Establishing and governing a cohesive content ecosystem, storytelling frameworks, including channel-specific models, a global content calendar and editorial positioning
• Leading multimedia content production as executive producer conceptualizing, scripting, and overseeing high-impact video and digital storytelling assets
• Optimizing content for impact and efficiency, adapting formats and messaging to platform dynamics, managing internal workflows, and ensuring premium execution across all outputs
• Owning content performance and analytics, driving optimization and executive reporting to boost engagement, reach, and impact
• Coordinates the work of the team when it comes to content across channels and adheres to clearly defined content management processes
• Leading and developing the content function, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners as a senior advisor on storytelling, positioning, and communication effectiveness

What do you need to be successful?

• Higher Education Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, Film, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in strategic content leadership, multimedia storytelling, or digital marketing
• Proven experience in creative direction and leadership of multimedia and digital content production, including video
• Strong proficiency in SEO, analytics, and performance-driven content, using data and analytics to optimize strategy, workflows and tools
• High-level storytelling and narrative development
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management
• Strategic and commercial thinking
• Resourcefulness and budget-conscious execution ecosystems
• Exceptional English language skills
