Front of House

Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy working environment.

Salary:  £13 per hour plus commission on sales plus bonuses

Schedule: 40 hours per week, this will include a Saturday. 

Duties

1. Ensure all clients receive a warm, authentic TONI&GUY welcome.
2. Maintain an organised Front of House environment.
3. Ensure salon stock levels are not running low – ordering when necessary.
4. Taking clients bills and rebooking clients’ appointments.
5. Replying to and composing emails.
6. Cash handling - Petty cash and banking.
7. Opening and closing .
8. Complete Return To Work Meetings along with over looking Fire Safety and Health and Safety
9. Be an integral part of the team, available to assist salon staff as needed.
10. Working alongside a team in a fast paste environment.
11. Support our stylists and technicians in building and maintaining a loyal clientele.
12. Deliver hospitality levels of service to all clients.
13. Ensure unattended clients are taken care of and offer refreshments if requested.
14. Ensure every client receives an authentic, relaxing, and top-tier hairdressing experience.
15. Recommend products to clients to suit their hair needs.
16. Always maintain the impeccable presentation of the salon.
