About this role

Summary: As a Business Development Representative specializing in Direct Mail and Customer Data Platform (CDP) services, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients for our proprietary platforms. You will leverage your expertise in direct mail and CDP solutions to engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and demonstrate how our platforms can meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients who can benefit from our direct mail and CDP services.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our proprietary platform's features and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Tech to create targeted campaigns and messaging for direct mail and CDP services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our platform.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with clients, ensuring that revenue targets are met or exceeded.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably in the direct mail or CDP (Customer Data Platforms)
  • Deep understanding of direct mail and CDP services and their application in marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Large format / Signage knowledge is a bonus
