Graphic Designer

Reports To: Art Director



Job Summary:

This Graphic Designer will help execute the ANONM vision in addition to all design projects for ANONM clients. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and creative Graphic Designer with expertise in motion graphics to produce high-quality designs and animations for various digital platforms. You must be proficient with the necessary Adobe Creative Cloud products. This individual must be comfortable working under pressure, have the ability to both follow direction and work under their own initiative, have a love for creativity, a passion for branding, experience in problem-solving, and strong project management skills. Their duties include meeting with clients to establish their needs, using design software to complete projects and revising projects based on client feedback.

Essential Functions

  • Conceptualizes, produces, and finalizes content for social, web, and print on retainer-based accounts and special projects
  • Develop visually compelling motion graphics and animations for web, social media, and other digital platforms
  • Create content on quick timelines
  • Plans concept by studying information and materials provided by the client
  • Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts
  • Obtains approval on concept by submitting rough layout for approval
  • Give, receive and facilitate feedback with the ability to quickly execute edits
  • Ability to multitask and manage several projects and team and client demands at once
  • Ability to understand and adhere to brand guidelines
  • Actively contribute to and participate in creative meetings, brainstorming and innovation
  • Maintain excellent communication at all times within the creative design team, the department leads and between all departments
  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; and participating in professional societies
  • Assist your fellow designers and creatives with tasks as needed


Knowledge, Skill, and Experience

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of graphic design experience
  • 1-3 years agency experience preferred
  • Deadline-oriented and great time-management skills
  • Experience with desktop publishing tools and graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Great work ethic and strong attention to detail
  • A passion and drive for success
  • Highly self-motivated with ability to work independently as well as with a team.
  • A multitasker with a responsible mindset.
