  • Accurately document service work and communicate with our team.
  • Maintain high-quality workmanship to ensure customer satisfaction and reduce comebacks.
  • Follow safety policies and procedures, actively contributing to a safe work environment.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with less experienced technicians, supporting skill development.
  • Keep the workshop organized, professional, and clean.
  • Take on additional shop-related duties as needed to support overall team success.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years applicable work experience.
  • Confident working independently with strong diagnostic and repair skills.
  • Practical problem-solver with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Safety-first mindset, proactive, and collaborative.
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and electrical diagnostics.
  • Equipped with personal tools and physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable in a busy, active, and sometimes noisy shop environment.
  • Flexible and responsive to urgent or changing customer needs.
  • Interested in growing leadership or mentoring skills as opportunities arise.
  • Must hold and maintain a Saskatchewan driver’s license and have an acceptable Driver’s Abstract.
  • A Class 1A license would be an asset.
