We’re seeking a Lead Photographer/Videographer with culinary experience to create compelling, high-quality visual content that aligns with strategic creative direction. This role is ideal for a skilled visual storyteller who excels in lighting, composition, and timing, and enjoys collaborating with stylists, art directors, and production teams to deliver impactful imagery that exceeds client expectations.


What You’ll Do


Photography & Videography

  • Capture and produce high-quality photography and video content that meets or exceeds client expectations for style, quality, and deadlines
  • Apply advanced knowledge of lighting, composition, and camera techniques to create visually engaging work
  • Develop a strong understanding of client preferences and brand standards

Creative & Technical Leadership

  • Guide and support photographers, ensuring alignment with client needs and technical specifications
  • Research, test, and refine new camera, lighting, and editing techniques to solve creative challenges
  • Stay current on industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies

Asset & Studio Management

  • Manage digital assets, including organizing photo libraries and ensuring secure file storage
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient studio environment
  • Oversee equipment care, inventory, and routine maintenance
