Delivery Coordinator to Sales Consultant.

If you’re tech-savvy, personable, and motivated to grow, this role is your launchpad into our Sales Department. With hands-on coaching, daily support, and ongoing manufacturer training, you’ll build the skills and confidence to become a Sales Associate—where a six-figure income is achievable for top performers.

Responsibilities

· Explain vehicle features, functions, and key ownership information to customers

· Develop expert-level knowledge of vehicle technology, features, and trim-level differences

· Support the Sales Department throughout the sales and delivery process as needed

· Provide customers with all manufacturer-required disclosures and delivery documentation

· Report directly to the Sales Manager on objectives, planned activities, results, and follow-up items

· Ensure vehicles are fueled, have required stickers/buyer’s guides, and are in delivery-ready condition

· Inspect vehicles for damage and verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice/addendum

· Maintain clean, presentable inventory and ensure vehicle information/disclaimers are properly displayed

· Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

· Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends

· Ability to learn new products and vehicle features quickly

· Strong customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills

· Professional, well-groomed appearance

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

· Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
