MOKA - La Crosse - Evening/Weekend Barista

MOKA is hiring enthusiastic, positive, and customer-focused baristas to join our team on a Full Time or Part Time basis in La Crosse, WI.  As a barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, building relationships with customers, and working in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

We are currently hiring at select locations for Evening and weekend Baristas..   The ideal candidate for this job is an individual that will be around during Summer and also be in the La Crosse Area for the Fall/Winter months and looking to work a minimum of 20 hours/week or up to 35+ with evening and Saturday and Sunday availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based beverages, teas, and other drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences
• Ensure consistent quality in every cup, paying attention to details such as temperature, presentation, and taste
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting and assisting customers with their orders, and offering recommendations
• Operate coffee equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, while following safety and sanitation procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning of equipment and restocking supplies
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and maintain a positive work environment
