- Conduct research and development on Bismuth Rare-earth Iron Garnet (Bi:RIG) crystal thin films, with responsibility for developing processes related to the operation of the Liquid Phase Epitaxy (LPE) furnace.
- Establish and implement product standards for Bi:RIG, address process and quality issues encountered during production, and propose improvement measures.
- Set up a platform for testing the properties of magneto-optical crystals, encompassing composition analysis, thickness measurement, and Faraday rotation performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with the crystal processing workshop to establish processes for cutting, polishing, and other operations related to crystal thin films.
- Provide technical guidance and training to workshop technicians, and facilitate communication and coordination among teams.
